1. What is the Luminous Living Mini Retreat?
It is an online sacred pause that helps you calm your nervous system, clear emotional heaviness, and reconnect with the deeper wisdom within you. It blends grounding practices, gentle clarity work, soft boundaries, and luminous intention rituals so you enter the holiday season feeling supported instead of scattered.
2. Who is this retreat for?
This experience is designed for women navigating MS, chronic conditions, burnout, or long term stress patterns. It is especially supportive for heart-led helpers and wisdom-keepers who need a space to refill their inner light and hear themselves think again.
3. Do I need to have MS to join?
Not at all. Many women join because they feel overwhelmed during the holidays, they carry emotional weight for others, or they are sensitive to seasonal and energetic shifts. If you crave calm, clarity, or steady support, you are welcome.
4. I am new to Wendy’s work. Will this still help me?
Yes. This retreat gently guides you through simple, powerful practices that anyone can access. You do not need experience with meditation, energy work, or holistic tools. Everything is explained in a soft and welcoming way.
5. What will we do during the retreat?
You will experience grounding techniques, clarity resets, gentle breathwork, soft boundary practices, guided inner reflection, and an intention ritual that helps you begin the season with stability and calm. The space is nurturing, peaceful, and free of pressure.
6. How long is the retreat?
The experience is approximately two - three hours. This gives your system time to slow down, open, and absorb the shifts in a grounded way without feeling rushed.
7. Will there be a replay?
Yes. A replay will be available for a limited time so you can revisit the practices or enjoy the experience at your own pace.
8. What if I cannot sit for long due to MS or chronic pain?
You can participate in whatever way feels good to your body. There is no pressure to sit a certain way or follow every movement. All practices can be adapted, and you are encouraged to rest, stretch, or pause whenever you need to.
9. Do I need any special equipment?
No. You only need a quiet space, a journal, and an open heart. If you enjoy essential oils, you may use them during the clarity and grounding portions, but they are completely optional.
10. Will this retreat be overwhelming or emotionally heavy?
No. The tone is gentle, uplifting, and supportive. Instead of diving into emotional intensity, we focus on softening your energy, clearing what no longer serves you, and returning to the part of you that remembers how to feel calm and steady.
11. How will this retreat help me during the holidays?
