A PERSONAL NOTE
For more than three decades, MS has been my teacher. Guiding me to deeper wisdom, clarity, and compassion.

It blends grounding practices, gentle clarity work, soft boundaries, and luminous intention rituals so you can create your days feeling supported instead of scattered
2. Is this workshop right for me if I live with MS or a chronic condition?
Yes. This workshop was created with real bodies in mind. Everything is gentle, optional, and designed to support safety, pacing, and self-trust.
3. Will this require physical movement or exertion?
No. All practices are subtle and can be done seated, resting, or simply listening. Nothing is physically demanding.
4. Is this a medical or clinical workshop?
No. This workshop does not replace medical care. It offers supportive, body-centered practices that complement the care and choices you already make.
5. What if I’m feeling tired, foggy, or low-energy that day?
You are welcome exactly as you are. Many women attend while resting or listening quietly. There is no expectation to participate in everything.
6. Is this more spiritual or more practical?
It’s a grounded blend of both. The guidance is practical and teachable, with a gentle spiritual undertone focused on awareness, intuition, and trust rather than belief systems.
7. Will we be talking about abundance in a financial sense?
Abundance is explored as a state of receiving, support, clarity, and ease. Any mindset shifts naturally apply to all areas of life, including resources and prosperity, without pressure or promises.
8. I’ve tried mindset work before and it didn’t help. Is this different?
Yes. This workshop works through the body first. When the body feels safer, mindset shifts tend to happen more naturally and sustainably.
9. Will I be asked to share or speak during the workshop?
No. Participation is entirely optional. You may listen, reflect privately, or engage in ways that feel comfortable to you.
10. How long is the workshop?
The workshop is designed to be spacious and respectful of energy, lasting approximately 2-3 hours, including gentle integration time.
11. Do I need any special preparation or materials?
No special preparation is required. You may wish to have a notebook nearby, but even that is optional.
12. Is this workshop connected to other programs or offerings?
This workshop stands on its own. You may hear about additional ways to continue your journey, but there is no obligation or pressure.
13. I am feeling overwhelmed already. Should I still join?
Yes. This retreat is designed for exactly this moment. When overwhelm rises, your deeper wisdom begins asking for a softer rhythm. The retreat gives you that space to breathe, reset, and reconnect to your center.
